The posting

Bij een industrieel productiebedrijf in Broekhuizenvorst werk je als E&I Engineer aan de betrouwbaarheid van elektrische en besturingstechnische installaties. Je spoort storingen op, voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en realiseert modificaties die de bedrijfszekerheid ondersteunen. Daarbij staat het beperken van productiestilstand centraal. Je combineert elektrotechnische kennis met inzicht in meet- en regeltechniek en kijkt niet alleen naar het directe defect, maar ook naar de oorzaak en de gevolgen voor het productieproces. Je werkt fulltime in dagdienst binnen het Technical Services-team en rapporteert aan de Supervisor Technical Services. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je onderhoud en herstelwerk af met collega’s, controleer je de werking van installaties en draag je bij aan structurele verbeteringen. Samen met je team draai je mee in de storing- en bereikbaarheidsdienst. De combinatie van storingsanalyse, onderhoud en modificaties geeft je ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en je vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Elektrische en besturingstechnische storingen analyseren en verhelpen - Preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren aan productie-installaties - Modificaties aan elektrische installaties en besturingen uitvoeren en testen - Meet- en regelsignalen controleren en afwijkingen in de werking onderzoeken - Onderhoud afstemmen met collega’s om productiestilstand te beperken - Werkzaamheden en technische wijzigingen vastleggen voor vervolgonderhoud - Meedraaien in de gezamenlijke storing- en bereikbaarheidsdienst Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring met elektrotechnisch onderhoud en storingsanalyse in een industriële omgeving - Inzicht in PLC-besturingen, sensoren, actuatoren en meet- en regeltechniek - Elektrische schema’s kunnen lezen en systematisch metingen kunnen uitvoeren - Zelfstandig en veiligheidsbewust werken, met goede afstemmin.
