Word jij als E&I Supervisor Turnaround de drijvende kracht achter de veilige, efficiënte en hoogwaardige uitvoering van onze fabriekstop op de chemische site van Borouge in Kallo? In deze rol versterk je het Turnaround-team binnen de afdeling Maintenance & Projects. Het zwaartepunt van jouw functie ligt op de inhoudelijke, operationele en veiligheidstechnische supervisie van Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) werkzaamheden tijdens een kritieke Turnaround. Jij slaat de brug tussen de voorbereide planning, de strikte veiligheids- en milieurichtlijnen in de petrochemie en de praktische realiteit van internationale contractor-teams op de werf. Met jouw diepgaande E&I-expertise en daadkrachtige aanpak zorg je voor een strakke regie: van de eerste veiligheidsanalyses en opstart van de stop tot de uiteindelijke commissioning en oplevering van de installaties. Zo waarborg je dat onze hoogtechnologische chemische installaties na de Turnaround weer optimaal, betrouwbaar en veilig kunnen opstarten.

  • Impactvolle functie: Een sleutelrol in een cruciale Turnaround-fase op een hoogtechnologische en dynamische chemische site in Kallo.
  • Grote inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid: De vrijheid en het eigenaarschap om op de werf direct beslissingen te nemen, knelpunten op te lossen en de kwaliteit te waarborgen. Verbindende rol: De kans om op te treden als centrale spilfiguur tussen Operations, de Turnaround Lead, HSE-coördinatoren en externe aannemers.
  • Professioneel team: Een warm welkom binnen een gedreven en veiligheidsbewust team van specialisten waar samenwerking, expertise en kwaliteit centraal staan. Wat ga jij allemaal doen? Supervisie op de werf: Je stuurt en coördineert de dagelijkse E&I-werkzaamheden aan instrumentatie, regelkleppen, bekabeling en hoog- en laagspanningsinstallaties direct aan op de vloer. Veiligheid & HSE borgen: Je ziet streng toe op de naleving van alle veiligheids- en milievoorschriften, voert regelmatig LMRA’s en audits uit en grijpt direct in bij onveilige situaties. Knelpunten & oplossingen sturen: Bei onvoorziene technische uitdagingen of afwijkingen schakel je snel en kom je direct met praktische, veilige en haalbare oplossingen. Partners & contractors coördineren: Je stuurt externe aannemers en gespecialiseerde E&I-firma's op een heldere, resultaatgerichte en motiverende manier aan. Oplevering & Commissioning: Je begeleidt de testen (loopchecks, functietesten) en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze, gedocumenteerde overdracht van de installaties aan Operations.

Welke troeven breng jij mee?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je bent in het bezit van een professionele Bachelor Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek of Automatisering (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een supervisie- of onderhoudsrol.
  • E&I- & Petrochemie-expertise: Je beschikt over diepgaande vakkennis van elektrische en instrumentatiewerken en hebt aantoonbare ervaring op een chemische of petrochemische site.
  • Turnaround-ervaring: Je hebt concrete ervaring met het werken binnen de dynamiek, veiligheidseisen en tijdsdruk van shutdowns en Turnarounds.
  • Veiligheid & Regelgeving: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig VCA-VOL-certificaat en beschikt over een grondige kennis van ATEX-richtlijnen en hoog- en laagspanningsnormen.
  • Competenties: Je hebt een hoog veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbesef, bent stressbestendig, besluitvaardig onder hoge druk en weet diverse partijen op de werf moeiteloos te verbinden.
  • Talenkennis: Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands én een goede werkkennis van het Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) om te communiceren met internationale partners.
