Als E&I Technicus versterk je een multidisciplinair onderhoudsteam binnen een technische productieomgeving. De focus ligt op het betrouwbaar en beschikbaar houden van elektrische installaties, instrumentatie en productieondersteunende systemen. Binnen deze rol combineer je preventief en correctief onderhoud met storingsanalyse, technische verbeteringen en ondersteuning van productie. Je werkt in een omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en GMP-compliance centraal staan en bouwt na een grondige inloopperiode mee aan de continuïteit van de site.

Wat ga je doen?

Elektrisch en instrumentatieonderhoud

Binnen deze rol sta je in voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud van elektrische installaties en instrumentatie. Je inspecteert en onderhoudt onder meer laagspanningsverdeelkasten tot 400V, motoren, pompen, aandrijvingen, frequentieregelaars, zachtstarters, UPS- en noodstroominstallaties. Ook PLC-gestuurde systemen en HMI-interfaces maken deel uit van het technische werkveld. Bij storingen analyseer je de oorzaak en voer je interventies uit met aandacht voor een minimale impact op de productie. Je volgt de technische staat van installaties actief op en rapporteert afwijkingen. Daarnaast ondersteun je kalibratie-, validatie- en kwalificatieactiviteiten rond instrumentatie en werk je samen met kwaliteit bij afwijkingen en out-of-tolerance situaties.

Technische opvolging en samenwerking

Alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden worden correct geregistreerd in het CMMS-systeem Infor Datastream. Bij technische storingen draag je bij aan root cause analyses en technische rapportage. Je houdt elektrische schema's, P&ID's, as-built plannen en werkinstructies mee actueel en ondersteunt change requests en SOP's bij technische wijzigingen. De functie omvat nauwe samenwerking met productie, kwaliteit, engineering en externe aannemers. Je neemt deel aan operationele en technische overlegmomenten en draagt bij aan verbeterprojecten en technische optimalisaties. Veiligheid en compliance vormen daarbij een vaste basis: werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, LOTO-procedures, GMP-richtlijnen en interne kwaliteitsprocedures.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een graduaat of bachelor in elektromechanica, industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of meet- en regeltechnieken.
  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs TSO Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige opleiding vormt minimaal de basis. Ervaring weegt daarbij zwaar door en is belangrijker dan het exacte opleidingsniveau.
  • Je brengt bij voorkeur 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring mee binnen automatisatie en onderhoud. Kennis van elektrische installaties, instrumentatie, laagspanningsschakelkasten, frequentieregelaars en PLC-systemen is belangrijk, met specifieke kennis van Siemens S7. Ervaring met GMP-omgevingen, CMMS-systemen, HMI's en instrumentatieprotocollen zoals 4-20mA, HART, Profibus of Foundation Fieldbus is een sterke troef. Een BA5-attest is vereist en een VCA-certificaat is vereist of kan worden behaald.
  • Je denkt analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en blijft rustig bij technische storingen. Je communiceert helder met collega's, productie en kwaliteit en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband. Daarnaast toon je flexibiliteit bij dringende interventies en geplande stops en sta je open voor nieuwe technologieën en continue verbetering. Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is vereist; technisch Engels kunnen lezen is gewenst.
