Voor onze klant zoeken wij een E&I Technieker in 2 ploegen.

Jobomschrijving

Als E&I Technieker zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt in de productieomgeving. Jouw werk draait rond onderhoud, optimalisatie en veiligheid van de installaties. Concreet betekent dit dat jij:

  • bestaande installaties onderhoudt, verbetert en aanpast waar nodig;
  • instaat voor de opstart van nieuwe machines en productielijnen;
  • storingen en defecten oplost door interventies, herstellingen en montagewerken uit te voeren;
  • meewerkt aan de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten samen met de Maintenance Manager;
  • procesbeschrijvingen en rapportages opstelt;
  • een deel van het preventief onderhoud voor jouw rekening neemt;
  • verbeteringen identificeert en effectief doorvoert om het productieproces te optimaliseren.

Je bent een technieker die gebeten is door elektriciteit, automatisatie en mechanica. Met jouw kennis en enthousiasme draag je bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving. Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • een technisch diploma elektriciteit of elektromechanica heeft, bij voorkeur met kennis van meet- en regeltechnieken, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • sterke kennis heeft van elektriciteit en basiskennis van PLC-automatisatie;
  • extra punten scoort met kennis van pneumatiek, ATEX en explosieveiligheid;
  • ervaring heeft in een onderhoudsdienst van een productiebedrijf, maar ook als gemotiveerde schoolverlater welkom is;
  • probleemoplossend kan denken en zelfstandig beslissingen durft nemen;
  • veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel draagt;
  • in een 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege/late) wil werken;
  • na een interne opleiding bereid is deel te nemen aan de interventieploeg.
