Ben jij een hands-on E&I Technieker met een passie voor techniek, automatisatie en procesinstallaties? In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol in het garanderen van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van installaties binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving.

  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan elektrische installaties, sensoren, transmitters, regelkleppen en automatisatiecomponenten.
  • Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen aan E&I-installaties om de continuïteit van de productie te waarborgen.
  • Je staat in voor het kalibreren en valideren van instrumenten volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en GMP-richtlijnen.
  • Je werkt mee aan technische modificaties, verbeterprojecten en optimalisaties binnen PLC- en DCS-gestuurde installaties.
  • Je ondersteunt de commissioning en opstart van nieuwe installaties.
  • Je registreert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden correct in systemen zoals SAP.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met techniekers, productie, engineering en andere stakeholders om technische uitdagingen efficiënt aan te pakken.
  • Je neemt deel aan een wachtdienstsysteem en draagt bij aan een snelle en kwalitatieve interventie bij storingen.

Dankzij jouw technische expertise zorg je mee voor een veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte werking van de installaties.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of Meet- en Regeltechniek.
  • Ervaring binnen de chemische, farmaceutische of procesindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van instrumentatie, industriële elektriciteit en automatisatie (PLC/DCS).
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ATEX-, GMP- en veiligheidsprocedures of bent gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht en weet snel de oorzaak van technische problemen te achterhalen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en werkt vlot samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines.
  • Je bent bereid deel te nemen aan een wachtdienstsysteem.
