Salaris €3.000 - €3.800 op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van ervaring). Dienstverband Fulltime (40 uur), Dagdienst met consignatiediensten. Vakantiedagen 25 + 13 ADV dagen Opleidingsniveau MBO+ Kennis van - PLC programmering - Meet- en regelapparatuur - NEN 3140 en in bezit van VP - Lezen en opstellen van vaktechnische tekeningen (ELCAD en EPLAN) - Maintenance software zoals bijv. Ultimo (Pré) - Lean- en verbetermethodieken (Pré) Taken - Uitvoeren van periodieke inspecties - Beoordelen van de staat van het onderhoud aan de hand van geautomatiseerde systemen (Ultimo) - Herstellen van mankementen en vervangen van onderdelen en het uitvoeren van correctief onderhoud - Verhelpen van storingen in meet- en regelsystemen - Lokaliseren van storingen en storingsoorzaken - Programmeren van PLC's - Assisteren bij uit te voeren M werkzaamheden Een dag als E-monteur bij James Hardie Netherlands B.V. Nadat je bent omgekleed en met je collega's een kop koffie hebt gedronken begint jouw werkdag. Eerst ga je naar het gezamenlijk team overleg. Hier worden de ontwikkelingen in productie van de afgelopen 24 uur besproken en wordt er gekeken naar de werkzaamheden die moeten worden uitgevoerd. Je dagindeling bestaat uit het uitvoeren van geplande preventieve werkzaamheden aan de installatie en randapparatuur. Tevens kun je worden opgeroepen omdat er een technisch probleem is. Het is mooi als je dit probleem zelfstandig kunt oplossen. Je staat er echter nooit alleen voor en kunt altijd een beroep doen op je collega's om je mee te helpen. Parallel werk je aan een project om een deel van de installatie structureel te verbeteren. Aan het eind van de dag sluit je gezamenlijk af en praat je nog even na met je collega's. Wa...
