Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als EDI & Integration Specialist (m/v/x)

  • Je beheert de elektronische gegevensuitwisseling tussen het ERP-systeem en de systemen van klanten, leveranciers, logistieke partners en andere externe partijen.
  • Je analyseert businessbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar efficiënte, schaalbare en toekomstgerichte integratieoplossingen.
  • Je configureert, test en optimaliseert EDI-koppelingen, interfaces en datastromen.
  • Je coördineert integratieprojecten van A tot Z en bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en verwachtingen van alle betrokken stakeholders.
  • Je fungeert als schakel tussen business, IT en externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat technische en functionele noden helder op elkaar afgestemd zijn.
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten voor standaardisatie, automatisering en procesverbetering en zet deze om in concrete acties.
  • Je helpt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van een uniforme integratieaanpak, met als doel maatwerk te beperken en schaalbare standaarden te versterken.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, aangevuld met 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen EDI, integraties of functionele analyse.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van EDI-standaarden zoals EDIFACT, XML en JSON.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met integratieconcepten en communicatiemethodes zoals API, SFTP en AS2.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP-omgevingen en begrijpt hoe datastromen binnen bedrijfsprocessen functioneren.
  • Je denkt analytisch en weet businessnoden te vertalen naar werkbare en efficiënte technische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar eigenaarschap belangrijk is.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet bruggen te bouwen tussen technologie, operationele teams en externe partners.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectopvolging en met het samenwerken met diverse stakeholders.;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur affiniteit met productie, logistiek of supply chain.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar technologie en gemotiveerd om processen slimmer, eenvoudiger en schaalbaarder te maken.
