FONCTION

BRAVVO recherche des éducateurs de rue (h/f/x) pour l'axe Jeunesse et Citoyenneté. Le travailleur social de rue a pour mission de resocialiser et autonomiser le public-cible (jeunes et public en rupture) en se rendant disponible en rue et en travaillant en réseau.

A ce titre, il/elle :

  • Est présent(e) dans la rue et démontre sa disponibilité pour le public-cible (zonage, approche et accroche du public-cible).
  • Observe et participe à l'analyse du quartier (analyse des problématiques du quartier et relais des constats).
  • Propose des solutions pour les besoins du public de manière ciblée selon son analyse du quartier et des problématiques qui y sont liées.
  • Propose un accompagnement personnalisé pour le public-cible, en priorité le public en rupture (écoute, analyse, prise en charge selon l'analyse, orientation).
  • Intègre le public-cible dans des actions structurantes pour le resocialiser et l'autonomiser.
  • Développe des relais et travaille en réseau afin de proposer une réponse adaptée aux problématiques de son public (participation aux partenariats locaux, aux plateformes,).
  • Travaille à la réduction des risques liés à la toxicomanie.
  • Alimente les rapports et rend compte à sa hiérarchie.

PROFIL

Niveau d'étude - diplôme

Être titulaire d'un Bachelier en sciences humaines idéalement en tant qu'assistant social, éducateur spécialisé...

* Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l'étranger, sauf exceptions, une déclaration d'équivalence délivrée par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles est obligatoire.

Connaissances techniques

  • Connaissance de la méthodologie du travail social de rue ;
  • Connaissance des relais institutionnels et des ressource sociales ;
  • Connaissances en systémique est un atout supplémentaire ;

Connaissances comportementales

  • Capacité d'analyse et d'identification des besoins ;
  • Grand sens relationnel et capacité d'écoute ;
  • Assertivité ;
  • Capacité d'adaptation ;
  • Esprit d'initiative et proactivité ;
  • Capacité à travailler aussi bien en équipe que de manière autonome ;
  • Capacité à structurer son travail et son temps ;
  • Capacité à responsabiliser le public ;
  • Motivé par les valeurs de cohésion sociale et de multiculturalisme de Bravvo et le sens du service au public ;

Connaissances linguistiques

  • Vous avez une maitrise parfaite d'une des deux langues régionales (FR ou NL) et une bonne connaissance de la seconde.
  • Un contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein ;
  • Une rémunération selon les barèmes de la Ville de Bruxelles (niveau B, soit 3.082,56€ brut pour 0 année d'ancienneté) calculée selon la valorisation salariale éventuelle des expériences antérieures ;
  • Les horaires de travail sont du mardi au samedi de 12h à 19h30 ;
