L'équipe pluridisciplinaire se compose, d'éducateur·rices Spécialisé·es, d'assistantes sociales, d'un psychologue, d'une responsable des suivis Post-Hébergement et de la direction. L'équipe se veut dynamique et engagée.

La Maison d'Accueil Parenté engage un.e : Un·e Educateur·rice Spécialisé·e

Contrat : CDI- temps plein

Circonstances particulières de travail

Régime de travail : Horaires variables (prestations les matins, de jour ou en soirée) du lundi au vendredi. Des week-end et jours fériés. 1 Semaine de garde appelable rémunérée toutes les 5 semaines.

Missions

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice de la Maison d'Accueil Parenté et en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues, vous aurez pour missions :

Axe 1: L'accueil, l'installation et l'intégration de la famille lors de son arrivée.

Axe 2 : L'accompagnement socio-éducatif de l'ensemble des membres de la famille (enfants accueillis dès la naissance et sans limites d'âge (possibilité d'accueil pour un ou plusieurs enfants majeurs)). Spécificités d'accueil : Familles de 2 à 6 personnes, parents majeurs ou mineurs d'âge, accueil des femmes enceintes (à partir du 3e mois de grossesse). Soutien à la parentalité.

Axe 3 : Suivi des dossiers en système de références, accompagnements sociaux, accompagnement à la recherche d'un logement.

Axe 4 : Gestion de la vie quotidienne au sein de l'institution, mise en place et encadrement d'activités individualisées et/ou communautaires.

Axe 5 : Accompagnement individualisé de suivi Post-Hébergement des familles sortantes en binôme avec le membre de l'équipe dédié à cette mission.

Tâches principales de la fonction

  • Présence au sein de la maison, accueil et accompagnement dans la vie quotidienne.
  • Accompagnement extérieur ponctuel.
  • Gestion logistique du bâtiment.
  • Accompagnement individualisé de chaque membre de la famille, système de référence en collaboration avec un assistant social.
  • Suivi des dossiers.
  • Mise en place et encadrement d'activités individuelles et/ou communautaires.
  • Soutien à la parentalité, favoriser le lien parent-enfant.
  • Soutien socio-éducatif adapté.
  • Participation aux réunions d'équipe et inter-services.
  • Communication avec des partenaires du réseau.
  • Encadrement de stagiaires

Profil recherché, compétences, formation, expérience :

· Diplôme exigé : Bachelier Educateur A1

· Expérience requise : Expérience fortement souhaitée dans le secteur du sans-abrisme et ou dans l'accompagnement des familles et/ou dans le secteur de la petite enfance et/ou de l'Aide à la Jeunesse.

· Être familiarisé à l'approche systémique

· Gestion de conflits, du stress et capacité à prendre du recul

· Capacité d'observation et d'analyse

· Capacité rédactionnelle, et communication orale en français

· Capacité à travailler tant en équipe que de manière autonome

· Connaissance d'une autre langue est un atout

· Respect du secret professionnel

· Maîtrise de la suite office (Word, Excel...)

Posture de travail

Faire preuve de rigueur, de proactivité, gestion du cadre, polyvalence, flexibilité et ponctualité.
