Chirojeugd-Vlaanderen vzw zoekt een educatief medewerker (m/v/x) die instaat voor verbond Roeland, stadswerking Gent en de ondersteunende ploeg SOM. Je vaste standplaats is het regionaal secretariaat in Gent (Hoefslagstraatje 1).

Wat is jouw rol?

Verbond Roeland:

Het team van regio Oost-Vlaanderen bestaat uit drie mensen. Samen met je twee collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles wat regio Oost-Vlaanderen betreft, zoals de verbondelijke vrijwilligersploegen ondersteunen, vormingsploegen ondersteunen, evenementen promoten, groepen ondersteunen bij problemen, inhoudelijke methodieken uitwerken en zoveel meer.

Stadswerking Gent:

Als stadswerker focus je binnen team Oost-Vlaanderen op de ondersteuning van de stadsgroepen in Gent. Jouw focus ligt op de proactieve eerstelijnsondersteuning van de stadsgroepen en de stadswerkersploeg Zone Gent.

OP SOM:

Steun op Maat (SOM) helpt ons om zicht te krijgen op wat er leeft in lokale groepen. Door signalen en ervaringen uit verschillende regio’s te verzamelen, kunnen we tendensen herkennen die verder gaan dan één groep of gewest. De ploeg SOM zorgt ervoor dat die inzichten omgezet worden in bruikbare handvatten, methodieken en ondersteuning die gewesten en groepen helpen om met hun uitdagingen aan de slag te gaan.

• Je neemt gemakkelijk initiatief en kunt goed omgaan met stresssituaties.

• Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken, je planning te maken en die in te vullen.

• Je bent bereid tot frequent avond- en weekendwerk.

• Je werkt ordelijk en stipt.

• Je gelooft dat een jeugdbeweging een grote meerwaarde kan bieden voor kinderen en jongeren en wilt eraan meewerken om dat voor iedereen mogelijk te maken.

• Je bent leergierig.

• Je kunt inhoud en doelstellingen omzetten in concrete acties: je kunt de Chirovisie vertalen in acties.
