Als educatief medewerker kom je terecht in een enthousiast en gedreven team van Duurzaamheidscoaches. Je voornaamste taken zijn:

  • Workshops geven in scholen, vooral aan kleuters en lagere schoolkinderen. De workshops zijn gebaseerd op bestaande draaiboeken en zullen zich voornamelijk binnen het thema mobiliteit en een deeltje circulaire economie situeren.
  • e hebt minstens één relevante ervaring in het begeleiden van groepen (via het geven van opleidingen, jeugdbeweging, workshops,...)
  • Je kan een educatieve boodschap brengen onder de vorm van een workshop, aangepast aan de competenties en de leefwereld van de doelgroep. Een basiskennis van de pedagogische principes van EDO (educatie voor duurzame ontwikkeling) komen hiervoor goed van pas.
  • Je hebt een aantoonbare kennis van duurzame ontwikkeling in het algemeen en bent bereid je kennis hierin ten allen tijde te verruimen.
  • Je bent een `zinzoeker' met een persoonlijke interesse voor duurzaamheid en je voegt zelf de daad bij het woord.
  • Je beschikt over de volgende gedragsvaardigheden:Je bent bereid je flexibel op te stellen en kan autonoom werken. Je beschikt over voldoende communicatieve vaardigheden om contact te leggen met verschillend publiek (volwassenen, jongeren, kleinere kinderen...) Je kan een boodschap overbrengen op een duidelijke, enthousiaste en gestructureerde manier.
  • Je bent perfect 2-talig en kan zowel workshops geven in het Nederlands als in het Frans. Spreek je vloeiend Engels? Dan heb je een troef in handen om mee te draaien in onze B2B werking.
  • Je bent zo snel mogelijk beschikbaar.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B. Dit is nodig om afgelegen scholen te bereiken en workshopmateriaal te vervoeren.
  • Occasionele verplaatsingen naar Vlaams-Brabant zijn voor jou geen probleem.
  • Een contract van bepaalde duur tot 20/12/2026 aan 70% met grote kans op verlenging.
  • Je vertrekt hoofdzakelijk van thuis uit en bezoekt dagelijks scholen of bedrijven in je regio om workshops te begeleiden.
  • Tijdens de schoolweken werk je gemiddeld 29 uur per week (ongeveer 80% tewerkstelling). De extra uren die je tijdens deze periodes presteert, bouw je op als recup, die je opneemt tijdens de schoolvakanties. Daardoor komt je gemiddelde arbeidsregime over de volledige contractperiode overeen met een tewerkstelling van 70%.
  • Samenwerken met een enthousiast en multidisciplinair team.
  • Correcte verloning volgens organisatie-eigen barema's.
  • Een 13e maand (pro-rata).
  • Een maaltijdcheque per gewerkte dag.
  • Een kilometervergoeding voor dienstverplaatsingen met de wagen (€ 0,4259/km) en de fiets (€ 0,35/km).
  • Volledige terugbetaling van verplaatsingen met openbaar vervoer.
