The posting

Je fungeert als groepscoach voor trefpunten met focus op procesbegeleiding. Je maakt vooral werk van het empoweren van vrijwilligers, het verbinden, het ondersteunen van groepen bij opstart/stopzetting, het streven naar continue instroom en doorstroom van leden en vrijwilligers, het creëren van ruimte voor nieuwe initiatieven en het streven naar samenwerking over de trefpuntgrenzen heen.

- - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de communicatie binnen de provincie Oost-Vlaanderen (opmaak nieuwsbrieven, uitnodigingen, brochures, social media zoals facebookpagina) en neemt hiervoor ook een antennerol op binnen het team communicatie op vzw-niveau.

- - Je vormt het vertrouwd gezicht voor vrijwilligers van het aan jou toegewezen streekpunt (Aalst).

- - Je versterkt en ondersteunt de werking van meerdere clusters (= 10-tal trefpunten) via een forum van overleg, afstemming en samenwerking over de trefpunten heen.

- - Je zet je in binnen één of meerdere projecten op vzw-niveau. Je implementeert de doelstellingen van het beleidsplan in jouw provincie en enthousiasmeert collega’s en vrijwilligers.

Je beschikt over een kennis- en denkvermogen op bachelor of masterniveau. Je hebt kennis en/of ervaring met het werkveld (sociaal-cultureel werk, verenigingswerk, werken met vrijwilligers, werken met senioren).

Je beschikt over een grote dosis organisatietalent en kan omgaan met tijdsdruk. Je kan zelfstandig werken en functioneert ook goed in teamverband.

Je kan binnen een bepaald kader (beleidsplan, delegatiebesluiten van het bestuur) zelfstandig beslissingen nemen die belangrijk zijn voor de toebedeelde taken/domeinen.

Je bent sterk in communicatie (mondeling, schriftelijk) en past deze aan, aan de beoogde ontvanger. Ook opmaak van digitale en analoge communicatie behoren tot jouw vaardigheden en je kan vlot overweg met programma’s zoals Canva.
