Austria's leading company - CBmed ist ein weltweit stark wachsendes Forschungsunternehmen für Biomarkerforschung in der Medizin mit Hauptsitz in Graz. CBmed ... 1 EDV-Administrator/in oder System- und Anwenderbetreuer/in Beschäftigungsausmaß: 24 Stunden

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

* Administration und Betreuung der IT-Plattformen und -Services inklusive Virtualisierung * Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer IT-Services und -Prozesse * Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden von Data Science, Labor, Research und Verwaltung für alle IT-Belange sowie Unterstützung unserer internen Kunden * Betrieb, Wartung sowie Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur * Betreuung der vorhandenen Speicherlösungen und Erarbeitung von Optimierungspotential * Analyse, Visualisierung und Optimierung der internen Prozesse und Workflows * Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen ITSM-Plattform * Unterstützung bei Themen zu bei NIS2-, GxP- und DSGVO * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern * Verwaltung der M365-Konten inklusive Benutzerverwaltung, Zugriffsmanagement und Support * Bei Bedarf IT-Trainings von Mitarbeitenden

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten:

* BSc in Informatik oder vergleichbarer Studienrichtung * Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Systemadministration * ITIL-Grundlagen, (Zertifizierung von Vorteil) * Erfahrung in Prozess- und Workflow-Optimierung * Erfahrung mit ** VMware ** Storage-Systemen (On-Site und Cloud) ** Dateiübertragungsplattformen, Cloud-Speichern und Berechtigungskonzepten ** Backup- und Archivierungssystemen, Datentransfer und Cloud-Infrastruktur ** Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Defender, Purview und SharePoint * Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und den eigenen Wirkungsbereich positiv weiterzuentwickeln sowie hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung * Programmierkenntnisse von Vorteil * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion * Ausgeprägte Dokumentationsfähigkeit und sehr gutes Verständnis für Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit * Fähigkeit, wissenschaftliche und administrative Anforderungen miteinander zu verbinden * Bereitschaft, verschiedene Zertifizierungen in der Arbeitszeit durchzuführen

Zusätzlich von Vorteil sind:

* Erfahrung mit Backend-Infrastruktur ist von Vorteil (Docker, Nginx, Datenbanken, ...) * ServiceNow-(Programmier-) Kenntnisse von großem Vorteil * ISO27001 Kenntnisse * Erfahrung in regulierten Umgebungen (Pharma, Life Sciences, Forschung, Gesundheitswesen) von Vorteil
