Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen vielseitigen und engagierten EDV-Techniker (m/w/d) für den Innen- und Außendienst, der unsere Kunden sowohl remote als auch direkt vor Ort kompetent betreut und unterstützt. 1 EDV-Techniker (m/w/d) für Innen- und Außendienst Deine Aufgaben:

* Betreuung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden - vor Ort sowie per Fernwartung

* Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware, Software und Netzwerkkomponenten

* Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und technischer Support im 1st- und 2nd-Level

* Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und laufende Pflege unserer Systeme

* Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei IT-Projekten und Modernisierungsvorhaben

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. IT-Techniker, Fachinformatiker, HTL etc.)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows (Client & Server), Netzwerktechnologien und idealerweise M365 / Active Directory

* Erfahrung im technischen Support - im Außendienst oder im Helpdesk

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und freundliches Auftreten

* Führerschein Klasse B
