The posting

Het Icarus team zoekt een flexibele, vlotte, vrolijke tandartsassistent(e) om hun team te versterken. Je assisteert de tandarts aan de stoel en steriliseert het materiaal . Ervaring is een pluspunt.

Je takenpakket:

- Je bent het eerste vriendelijke, professionele contact voor onze patiënten en zorgt voor een hartelijke ontvangst. Je bent zorgzaam voor de patiënt, ook aan de stoel en in de wachtzaal.

- Je streeft continu naar orde , netheid en hygiëne in heel de praktijk.

- Je kan materiaal correct en hygiënisch verwerken en steriliseren.

- Je zet materiaal en fiches klaar per patiënt aan de stoel en je kan snel alles netjes opruimen en desinfecteren voor de volgende behandeling,

- Je kan de tandarts optimaal assisteren en denkt mee tijdens de behandeling zodat de tandarts zich volledig kan focussen op het werk.

- Je draagt bij tot een constructieve toffe werksfeer en de positieve uitstraling van onze praktijk.

Profiel

- Je bent communicatief, sociaalvaardig en vrolijk van aard.

- Je bent discreet.

- Je toont zin voor initiatief en bent positief ingesteld.

- Je bent leergierig, staat open voor feedback, verbeteringen en veranderingen.

- Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen.

- Je bent flexibel en kan werken onder tijdsdruk.

- Multitasking is jou niet vreemd. Je blijft rustig in stressvolle momenten.

- Je werkt planmatig , ordelijk en netjes en hebt oog voor details.

- Je hebt ervaring in en beschikt over administratieve vaardigheden die onderbouwd zijn met een goede computerkennis.

- Je bent een teamspeler.

- Ervaring als tandartsassistent is een pluspunt, niet noodzakelijk

- Je spreekt goed Nederlands en kan je ook uitdrukken in Frans en Engels

Jobgerelateerde competenties

  • De tandarts assisteren tijdens de ingreep (aangeven van de instrumenten, ...)
  • Het dossier van de persoon met zorgbehoefte medisch-administratief opvolgen
  • Opruimen en schoonmaken van werkruimte, materiaal en producten na een consultatie
  • Het materiaal, de producten voorbereiden volgens de aanwijzingen van de arts en de aard van de interventie
  • Benodigdheden voor radiologie voorbereiden en radiologische opnames ontwikkelen
  • De werking van de toestellen controleren. De onderhoudsdienst en/of de verantwoordelijke informeren bij problemen
  • Het materiaal en de instrumenten steriliseren en verpakken (sets samenstellen, in zakjes doen, ...)
  • De productvoorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen. Bestellingen doorgeven
