Eerst verantwoordelijk verzorgende voor somatiek Standplaats: Middelburg - Aantal uren: 8 Waar kom je binnen? SVRZ locatie Rietzanger bevindt zich op loopafstand van het levendige dorpscentrum van Heinkenszand. Rietzanger is een woonzorgcentrum waar SVRZ zorg en begeleiding verleent aan 27 cliënten met lichamelijke beperkingen. Deze cliënten wonen verdeeld over 4 woongroepen die zich zowel op de begane grond als op de eerste verdieping van het complex bevinden. Tevens zijn in het centrum huurappartementen te vinden voor nog zelfstandig wonende senioren. Beide doelgroepen ontmoeten elkaar regelmatig bij activiteiten in de mooie ruime hal of in de gezellige ontmoetingsruimte. Of bij 1 van de vele activiteiten in het dorp waar Rietzanger bij betrokken wordt. Voor de woongroepen somatiek zijn we op zoek naar een Eerst verantwoordelijk verzorgende die van aanpakken weet. Het team van Rietzanger bestaat uit 37 medewerkers in verschillende (zorg-)functies. Als EVV-er werk je zoveel mogelijk op je eigen woning, maar uiteraard kunnen ook de andere cliënten van Rietzanger op jouw hulp rekenen. Benieuwd hoe het zorgteam de samenwerking ervaart? "We zijn een hecht team dat houdt van aanpakken. Onze betrokkenheid naar de cliënten en naar elkaar is groot". Wat ga je doen? Samen zorg je met het team voor een veilige, warme en stimulerende omgeving voor de cliënten. Jouw meest voorkomende werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Onderhouden van contacten met cliënten, hun familie en andere disciplines die betrokken zijn bij de zorg - Opstellen van zorgplannen en zoeken naar manieren om de persoonlijke wensen van de cliënt te realiseren, samen met het team - Denken in mogelijkheden, oplossingsgericht handelen en slagvaardig optreden. - Benaderen van collega's en cliënten met een positieve en vriendelijke instelling - Geven van individuele aandacht aan iedere cliënt en onderscheiden wat voor hen belangrijk is - Verrichten van ADL taken en (indien ...
