Bij Silverein krijg je de ruimte om écht aandacht te geven aan bewoners, regie te voeren op het zorg(leef)plan en een belangrijke rol te spelen binnen het zorgteam. Werk dichtbij huis, ontvang een salaris tot € 3.864 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36 uur) én kies de doelgroep en locatie die bij jou passen. Wie ben jij als Eerst Verantwoordelijk Verzorgende? Jij bent een gediplomeerdeEerst Verantwoordelijk Verzorgende (EVV) die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van het bieden van persoonsgerichte zorg. Je bent betrokken, communicatief sterk en weet precies wat bewoners nodig hebben om zich gehoord, gezien en prettig te voelen. Als EVV ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, evalueren en bijstellen van zorg(leef)plannen. Je coördineert de zorg rondom bewoners, bewaakt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familieleden, mantelzorgers en behandelaren. Daarbij onderhoud je nauw contact met verschillende disciplines en zorg je ervoor dat afspraken goed op elkaar aansluiten. De afwisseling in jouw werk spreekt je aan. Het ene moment ondersteun je bij ADL-zorg of voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, het volgende moment neem je deel aan een multidisciplinair overleg of bespreek je de voortgang van een bewoner met collega's en familie. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van het team. Je begeleidt leerlingen, stagiaires en nieuwe collega's, deelt jouw kennis en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de zorg.
