Onze gasten bowlen, fitnessen, zwemmen, squashen, vergaderen, relaxen in de sauna en schuiven daarna aan in één van onze horecagelegenheden: - HUP EET (à la carte) - HUP GRILL - Sports Bar - HUP MEET (vergaderzalen) Elke afdeling heeft een eigen Eerste Medewerker. Jij kan een van hen worden! Jouw speelveld Als Eerste Medewerker Banqueting ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de vloer tijdens vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten, feesten, partijen en andere evenementen. Je zorgt samen met het team voor een gastvrije ontvangst, een goede voorbereiding en een vlekkeloze uitvoering. Jij: - Coacht, motiveert en begeleidt het Banquetingteam. - Zorgt ervoor dat zalen en ruimtes op tijd en volgens afspraak klaarstaan. Denk daarbij o.a. aan de opstelling van tafels/stoelen, de AV middelen ed. klaar zetten (of evt. tijdig besteld/gehuurd worden) waar nodig. - Bent op de hoogte door bij interne vergaderingen (sheetmeeting) aanwezig te zijn. - Zorgt dat de juiste aantallen qua opstelling tafels/stoelen en AV middelen ed. aanwezig zijn (of evt. tijdig besteld/gehuurd worden) waar nodig. - Werkt zelf mee op de vloer - Coacht collega's en bewaakt samen de servicekwaliteit - Brengt structuur, energie en plezier in het team - Verwelkomt gasten met een glimlach. - Je maakt van iedere dag een feestje voor collega's en gasten.
