Mijn naam is Kevin, F&B Manager bij Hotel New York en ik ben op zoek naar nieuwe collega's die de rol van Eerste Medewerker Bediening willen uitvoeren. Wat doe je dan in die functie? Als Eerste Medewerker Bediening ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het in goede banen leiden op de dag / avond in het Café-Restaurant. Je weet hoe je de gasten te woord moet staan, kan collega's aansturen en bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het inwerken van nieuwe collega's. Daarnaast weet jij hoe de reserveringen kan indelen, werk je in de bediening en ben je een directe steun voor onze Floormanagers. Jij staat op de werkvloer dicht bij je collega's, hierdoor weet je als geen ander wat er speelt. Je signaleert opvallende zaken en denkt mee in verbetering van werkprocessen.Jij Je hebt zelf ervaring in een soortgelijk restaurant en weet als de beste hoe je het gasten naar hun zin kan maken. Het hoofddoel van jou moet zijn om elke gast een onvergetelijke dag of avond te geven. Als Eerste Medewerker Bediening van Hotel New York heb je op een dusdanige manier overzicht op de situatie, dat je direct kunt signaleren en communiceren. Samen met je collega's en leidinggevenden denk je mee in oplossingen en je kan de daaruit volgende taken ook delegeren. Je haalt energie uit blije gasten en vindt het daarnaast belangrijk om het team op de juiste manier aan te sturen.
