Ervaring in de bediening is vereist en een minimale leeftijd van 21 jaar voor sociale hygiëne.

Eerste medewerker De Tafelaar Amersfoort

De Tafelaar is een sfeervol restaurant in het historische centrum van Amersfoort, waar we gasten een gezellige en bourgondische avond bieden. We werken met shared dining, lokale en biologische producten en een wisselende kaart. Naast restaurantgasten ontvangen we regelmatig groepen, borrels en zakelijke bijeenkomsten.

Voor ons team zijn we op zoek naar een eerste medewerker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en ervoor zorgt dat alles op de vloer soepel verloopt.

Als eerste medewerker ben je het aanspreekpunt tijdens de service. Je zorgt samen met het team voor een gastvrije ontvangst, houdt overzicht tijdens drukke momenten en stuurt collega's aan waar nodig. Je werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer en vindt het leuk om ervoor te zorgen dat gasten een fijne avond hebben.

Je krijgt bij De Tafelaar veel ruimte om mee te denken. We zijn een relatief jong bedrijf en zijn volop bezig om verder te groeien. Daardoor is geen dag precies hetzelfde en kun je daadwerkelijk invloed hebben op hoe we werken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het verbeteren van onze service, het begeleiden van collega's, het meedenken over de kaart en het organiseren van groepen en evenementen.

De uitdaging? Jij bent degene die tijdens een drukke service het overzicht bewaart. Je schakelt tussen gasten, keuken, collega's en eventuele groepen en zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel en netjes worden opgelost. We zoeken daarom iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, initiatief neemt en niet bang is om verantwoordelijkheid te pakken.
