Als Eerste Medewerker Logistiek ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt in het magazijn in Meppel en zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat de dagelijkse operatie vlekkeloos verloopt! Wat je gaat doen Als Eerste Medewerker Logistiek ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer. Jij bent de verbindende factor tussen het team en de leidinggevende. Je weet precies wat er speelt op de vloer, neemt het voortouw en schakelt snel wanneer de planning, bezetting of prioriteiten veranderen. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn: - Collega's begeleiden & aansturen: Je trapt de dag af met een heldere dagstart. Jij motiveert, helpt en begeleidt de magazijnmedewerkers en zorgt dat iedereen precies weet wat er moet gebeuren. - Proces & kwaliteit bewaken: Je houdt scherp in de gaten of het werk veilig en nauwkeurig verloopt en of de dagelijkse doelstellingen op het gebied van kwaliteit en productiviteit worden gehaald. - Knelpunten signaleren & meedenken: Je ziet snel waar het schuurt in de operatie, helpt direct om praktische problemen op te lossen en denkt mee over hoe processen slimmer of efficiënter kunnen. - Administratief & communicatief: Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in het systeem en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen van collega's op de vloer en de leidinggevende.
