Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als Eerste Medewerker Ontbijt ben jij hét aanspreekpunt tijdens het ontbijt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van een perfect verzorgd buffet en een gastvrije ontvangst tot een fijne samenwerking binnen het team. Je houdt overzicht, springt bij waar nodig en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat onze gasten hun dag goed beginnen. Je stuurt het ontbijtteam aan, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en bewaakt de kwaliteit en uitstraling van het ontbijt. Daarnaast signaleer je bijzonderheden en zorg je ervoor dat het team weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je werkt nauw samen met en rapporteert aan de F&B Manager en F&B Supervisor .
