Als eerste medewerker service ben jij de spil binnen het serviceteam. Je werkt mee, houdt overzicht, begeleidt collega's en zorgt ervoor dat schoonmaak- en servicewerkzaamheden goed op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan een schone, veilige en prettige woonomgeving voor onze bewoners. Waar je komt te werken We zoeken een collega die gaat werken bij onze locaties van Omring in Den Helder en Julianadorp. Hierbij vragen we om een flexibele inzet voor deze locaties. Je werkt 4 of 5 dagen per week en je werkt gemiddeld één weekend per maand Wat je gaat doen Als eerste Medewerker Service ben je een echte aanpakker en zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je verdeelt de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden en houdt overzicht over het linnen. Je werkt ook zelf mee in de uitvoering: van het schoonmaken van appartementen tot de openbare ruimtes. Daarnaast stem je met zorgmedewerkers af welke schoonmaaktaken op welk moment het beste kunnen worden uitgevoerd, altijd met de bewoner voorop. Je bent tactvol, flexibel en communicatief sterk. Je houdt overzicht, kunt goed coördineren en stimuleert collega's om samen te zorgen voor kwaliteit. We zijn voortdurend bezig met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe ideeën en slimme oplossingen in de zorg. In jouw rol als eerste medewerker service krijg je de ruimte om hierin mee te denken. Of het nu gaat om het verbeteren van werkprocessen, het efficiënter inzetten van middelen of het bijdragen aan projecten rondom toekomstbestendige zorg, jouw inbreng telt!
