Al honderden jaren worden onze vakkennis en vaardigheden overgedragen via de meester-leerlingmethode. We hebben uitgebreide ervaring met het beveiligen van verschillende soorten gebouwen en objecten en van bijvoorbeeld monumenten tot hightech omgevingen. Functieomschrijving Binnen de organisatie werken ze veelal in kleine, zelfstandige teams. Monteurs trekken meestal met z'n tweeën op of werken soms alleen. Zij dragen zelf de verantwoordelijkheid voor het realiseren van een klus. Inspecteurs werken op een aparte afdeling, waar zij gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor de uitvoering en kwaliteit van de inspecties. Dit geldt ook voor de afdeling werkvoorbereiding, die de monteurs ondersteunt en samen verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de projecten. Bij onze klant krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, een grote mate van vrijheid en een sterke betrokkenheid bij je werk. Ze vinden het belangrijk om hoogwaardige installaties te maken tegen zo gunstig mogelijke kosten, maar veiligheid, sfeer en menselijkheid staan net zo goed (of zelfs nóg meer voorop).
