The posting

Je houdt het energienet draaiende. Als VP werk je als eerste monteur elektra bij Stedin aan onderhoud, storingen en aansluitingen voor huishoudens en bedrijven. Je bouwt aan je AVP-certificering terwijl geen dag hetzelfde is, met je eigen bedrijfsbus door de regio Rotterdam.

Wat doe je als (Eerste) Monteur Elektra? Als eerste monteur elektra werk je dagelijks aan de aanleg, vervanging en verzwaring van laagspanningskabels en installaties. Je werklocatie wisselt, je team bestaat uit zo'n 30 collega's, en samenwerken staat centraal.

Maar wat dit voor een VP extra interessant maakt: je pakt steeds meer de leidende rol. Je treedt op als ploegleider, begeleidt leerling-monteurs en bouwt stap voor stap de allround ervaring op die je nodig hebt voor je AVP-certificering. Stedin investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling via cursussen en opleidingen, de route naar AVP ligt hier écht open.
