Als Eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek ben jij de spil op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een klein team monteurs en zorgt ervoor dat het werk volgens planning en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen wordt uitgevoerd. Je leest technische tekeningen, plant het werk in overleg met de uitvoerder en zorgt dat jouw team altijd weet wat er gedaan moet worden. Daarnaast leg je zelf ook gewoon de handen uit de mouwen bij complexere werkzaamheden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van 2 tot 4 monteurs op de bouwplaats; - Installeren van complete elektrische installaties in utiliteitsbouw, van laagspanningsinstallaties tot databekabeling; - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en schema's; - Afstemmen met de uitvoerder over planning, materiaal en voortgang; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken en adviseren over de beste werkwijze; - Controleren van het uitgevoerde werk en zorgen voor een nette oplevering.

Je werkt voornamelijk in de regio aan projecten die variëren van enkele weken tot meerdere maanden. Door de diversiteit aan projecten blijft het werk uitdagend en leer je continu nieuwe technieken en systemen kennen. Bovendien krijg je alle ruimte om door te groeien naar een functie als Uitvoerder of Projectleider.
