Als (Eerste) Monteur Hoogspanningskabels ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aanleggen, aanpassen en vervangen van hoogspanningskabels. Je werkt samen met een team aan het onderhoud en de uitbreiding van het hoogspanningsnetwerk. Daarnaast los je storingen op en zorg je ervoor dat het netwerk betrouwbaar blijft functioneren. Je start je dag vanuit huis en rijdt met een volledig uitgeruste bus naar verschillende projectlocaties. Op locatie werk je samen met collega's aan nieuwbouw, onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen. Veiligheid, samenwerking en een goede sfeer staan centraal in het team. Je draagt direct bij aan de energietransitie en het functioneren van het elektriciteitsnet. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met montage van midden- of hoogspanningskabels. - Bereidheid om vieze handen te krijgen en buiten te werken. - Een mbo-diploma niveau 2 in elektrotechniek (niveau 3 vereist voor eerste monteur). - Teamspeler met een praktische instelling. - In het bezit van rijbewijs B. - Veiligheidsbewust en nauwkeurig kunnen werken. Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau MBO Aanbod: - - Standaard 24,5 vakantiedagen, uit te breiden tot maximaal 60 dagen via het persoonlijk budget. - Jaarlijks budget voor vitaliteit, bijvoorbeeld voor sport of gezondheid. - Gebruik van een bedrijfsbus en professioneel gereedschap. - Persoonlijk budget van 24% bovenop het salaris, te besteden aan extra vrije dagen of als extra inkomen. - Werken in een hecht team met aandacht voor veiligheid en collegialiteit. - Een salaris tot het genoemde maximum bij een fulltime dienstverband. - Mogelijkheden voor opleiding, training en doorgroeien naar andere functies. - Maa...
