Als Eerste Monteur Industriële Automatisering ben jij de specialist die complexe besturingssystemen en automatiseringsinstallaties realiseert en in bedrijf stelt. Je werkt aan diverse projecten, van waterzuiveringsinstallaties tot industriële productieprocessen, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor de volledige montage en inbedrijfstelling van geavanceerde besturingssystemen. Je bent het technische geweten op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat installaties perfect functioneren volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met engineers, projectleiders en collega-monteurs. Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen en schema's, voert metingen uit en stelt PLC-besturingen en SCADA-systemen in bedrijf. Daarnaast begeleid je junior monteurs en deel je jouw kennis en ervaring met het team. Je bent regelmatig op projectlocaties te vinden, waar je zelfstandig werkt aan de realisatie van technisch complexe installaties. De organisatie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je kunt jezelf ontwikkelen tot specialist in specifieke automatiseringstechnologieën, zoals geavanceerde procesbesturing of energiemanagement. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een rol als Hoofdmonteur of Werkvoorbereider, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt voor projectcoördinatie en teamaanvoering. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Monteren en aansluiten van industriële besturingssystemen en automatiseringsinstallaties; - In bedrijf stellen en testen van PLC-besturingen en SCADA-systemen; - Uitvoeren van metingen en controles volgens technische specificaties; - Oplossen van technische storingen en uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Begeleiden en instrueren van collega-monteurs op de werkvloer; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en adviseren over technische oplossingen.
