The posting

Bij een technische dienstverlener in Almelo werk je als eerste monteur industriële automatisering aan industriële installaties voor de waterzuivering. Je zet je montagekennis in voor een waterzuiveringsproject met een verwachte looptijd van ongeveer twee jaar. Daarbij draait het om zorgvuldig installeren, aansluiten en controleren van elektrotechnische onderdelen en besturingstechniek. Je overziet je werkzaamheden, signaleert technische knelpunten en denkt mee over praktische oplossingen waarmee de installatie betrouwbaar kan functioneren. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je zelfstandig montagewerk met afstemming binnen het projectteam. Je leest technische tekeningen, controleert aansluitingen en bespreekt afwijkingen met je collega’s voordat die verderop problemen veroorzaken. Veilig werken en een nette oplevering zijn daarbij vaste aandachtspunten. Het langdurige project geeft je de gelegenheid om de installatie grondig te leren kennen en je kennis van machines, automatisering en waterzuivering verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Monteren en aansluiten van elektrotechnische onderdelen van waterzuiveringsinstallaties - Werken volgens elektrotechnische schema’s, tekeningen en montage-instructies - Controleren van bekabeling, aansluitingen en de uitvoering van montagewerk - Signaleren van technische knelpunten en afstemmen van passende oplossingen - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden en voortgang met het projectteam - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde op de werkplek Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 3 in industriële automatisering, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek, of vergelijkbaar niveau door ervaring - Werkervaring als zelfstandig monteur in de industriële automatisering - Actuele kennis van machines en automatisering - Een zorgvuldige, oplossingsgerichte en assertieve werkwijze - Beschikking over een auto om de afgelegen projectlocatie te bereiken - VCA VOL of de bereidheid dit certificaat via de werkgever te behalen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €..
