Bij een technisch installatiebedrijf in Udenhout werk je als Eerste Monteur Industriële Automatisering aan een langdurig waterzuiveringsproject. Je realiseert besturingstechnische installaties voor complexe proceslijnen en zorgt dat de elektrotechnische uitvoering betrouwbaar en veilig is. Daarbij werk je ook in ATEX-zones, waar zorgvuldig installeren en het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften essentieel zijn. Met jouw montagewerk draag je rechtstreeks bij aan installaties die de waterkwaliteit helpen waarborgen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je zelfstandig installatiewerk met het begeleiden van minder ervaren monteurs. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met je collega's, bewaakt de kwaliteit van je eigen werk en denkt mee over praktische oplossingen voor technische knelpunten. Hygiënerichtlijnen en veilig werken zijn daarbij vaste onderdelen van je aanpak. Via trainingen en opleidingen kun je je kennis van elektrotechniek, machines en industriële automatisering verder verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Besturingstechnische installaties realiseren voor complexe waterzuiveringsprocessen - Elektrotechnisch installatiewerk uitvoeren in ATEX-zones - Hygiënerichtlijnen toepassen bij werkzaamheden aan waterzuiveringsinstallaties - De veiligheid en kwaliteit van je eigen installatiewerk bewaken - Minder ervaren monteurs begeleiden bij montage en veilig werken - Technische knelpunten signaleren en praktische oplossingen afstemmen met collega's Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 3 elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering, of gelijkwaardig niveau door werkervaring - Ervaring als zelfstandig monteur in de industriële automatisering - Actuele kennis van machines, elektrotechnische installaties en automatisering - VCA VOL of de bereidheid dit certificaat te behalen - Een rijbewijs en een auto om de afgelegen projectlocatie te bereiken - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze en de assertiviteit om technische en veiligheidsvraagstukken bespreekbaar te maken Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200.
