The posting

Bij een technisch installatiebedrijf in Utrecht werk je als eerste monteur industriële automatisering aan machines en besturingstechnische installaties voor uiteenlopende sectoren. Je bouwt mee aan complexe proceslijnen, van productielijnen in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie tot installaties voor waterzuivering. Daarbij draait het om betrouwbare elektrotechniek, zorgvuldig installatiewerk en een veilige uitvoering. Je werkt zelfstandig op projectlocaties en gebruikt je ervaring om technische vraagstukken praktisch op te lossen. In de dagelijkse praktijk monteer en controleer je besturingstechnische installaties, werk je waar nodig in ATEX-zones en houd je rekening met hygiënevoorschriften. Je stemt de uitvoering af met je projectcollega’s en helpt minder ervaren monteurs bij het aanleren van het vak. Zo combineer je uitvoerend werk met een begeleidende rol. Met trainingen en opleidingen kun je je kennis van machines, automatisering en veilig werken verder verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Besturingstechnische installaties voor complexe proceslijnen monteren en aansluiten - Elektrotechnisch installatiewerk uitvoeren aan industriële machines en installaties - Werkzaamheden in ATEX-zones volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften uitvoeren - Hygiënevoorschriften toepassen bij installaties in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie - De kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering van je installatiewerk controleren - Minder ervaren monteurs begeleiden en technische kennis overdragen - Technische knelpunten afstemmen met je projectcollega’s en praktisch oplossen Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 3 in industriële automatisering of elektrotechniek, of een vergelijkbaar niveau door werkervaring - Ervaring als zelfstandig monteur in de industriële automatisering - Actuele kennis van industriële machines en automatisering - VCA VOL of de bereidheid dit certificaat te behalen - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze en aandacht voor veiligheid en installatiekwaliteit - Je neemt initiatief, denkt in technische oplossingen.
