De productielocatie werkt met mechanische en procestechnische installaties waarbij veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Jij voert bedienings- en controlewerkzaamheden uit, lost storingen op en draagt bij aan onderhouds- en verbeterprojecten. De organisatie legt nadruk op opleiding en ontwikkeling zodat jij kunt doorgroeien naar seniorrollen en complexere onderhoudstaken kunt begeleiden. De werkomgeving kenmerkt zich door een veiligheidsgedreven cultuur, teamgericht samenwerken en een praktijkgerichte aanpak bij procesoptimalisatie. Het salarisbereik voor deze functie is €2900 tot €4800 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding. Er zijn aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals ploegentoeslag, vakantiedagen en een vaste eindejaarsuitkering die de arbeidsvoorwaarden compleet maken. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en controleert de procesinstallaties veilig en efficiënt als Eerste Operator; - Jij bedient het bedienpaneel volgens vastgestelde procesparameters en stelt installaties in voor een eindproduct dat aan klantspecificaties voldoet; - Jij loopt het terrein op om installaties visueel te inspecteren, controlewerkzaamheden uit te voeren en storingen te beoordelen; - Jij onderneemt passende acties bij dreigende of actuele technische storingen volgens het principe safety first; - Jij ondersteunt onderhoud en engineering bij het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van onderhoud en verbeterprojecten; - Jij begeleidt en coacht 2e en 3e operators, leerlingen en stagiairs bij het veilig uitvoeren van hun werkzaamheden; Functie-eisen - MBO opleiding, bij voorkeur VAPRO B, Operator C of AOT Procestechniek; - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is gewenst; - Affiniteit met technische processen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en risicobewust werken; - Actieve bijdrage aan procesverbeteringen en het aandragen van verbe.

- MBO opleiding, bij voorkeur VAPRO B, Operator C of AOT Procestechniek; - Ervaring in een productieomgeving is gewenst; - Affiniteit met technische processen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en risicobewust werken; - Actieve bijdrage aan procesverbeteringen en het aandragen van verbetervoorstellen; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken;
