Als Eerste Servicemonteur Werktuigbouwkunde ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's op het gebied van onderhoud en storingen aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Je werkt zelfstandig aan diverse projecten en bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken. Daarnaast begeleid je junior monteurs en deel je jouw kennis en ervaring met het team. Je draagt actief bij aan de continue verbetering van de serviceverlening en denkt mee over optimalisaties in werkprocessen. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan werktuigbouwkundige installaties zoals klimaatinstallaties, verwarmingssystemen, koelinstallaties en ventilatiesystemen; - Het analyseren en oplossen van complexe storingen en technische problemen bij klanten op locatie; - Het uitvoeren van inspecties, metingen en testen om de optimale werking van installaties te waarborgen; - Het begeleiden en coachen van junior servicemonteurs en het delen van jouw technische kennis; - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en het adviseren over onderhoud en mogelijke verbeteringen; - Het registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het digitale systeem en het opstellen van rapportages; - Het signaleren van afwijkingen en het proactief melden van mogelijke risico's of verbeterpunten; - Het meedenken over innovatieve oplossingen en het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe servicemethoden.

Deze functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. Je kunt jezelf ontwikkelen tot Hoofdmonteur of Technisch Specialist, waarbij je nog meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over complexe projecten en teamaansturing. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol als Werkvoorbereider of Projectleider Service, waarbij je meer betrokken bent bij de planning en coördinatie van serviceprojecten. Het be
