Binnen Trekpleister kun je als leidinggevende aan de slag als Eerste Verkoopmedewerker of Filiaalmanager. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de winkel goed draait, collega's met plezier werken en klanten met een goed gevoel de deur uitgaan. Je werkt in een klein en betrokken team waar je jezelf kunt zijn, veel leert en iedere dag samenwerkt aan hetzelfde doel: klanten blij maken. Werken als filiaalmanager bij Trekpleister Als filiaalmanager sta je midden in de winkel en midden in je team. Je coacht collega's, houdt overzicht en zorgt samen voor een fijne winkel waar klanten graag binnenlopen. Juist die persoonlijke aandacht maakt het verschil. Even meedenken met een klant, een collega helpen groeien of samen met het team de schouders eronder zetten op een drukke dag. Daar word je blij van. Bij Trekpleister werk je als leidinggevende niet vanaf de zijlijn, maar gewoon mee op de winkelvloer. Zo weet je precies wat er speelt bij klanten én collega's.
