Je ondersteunt de (Assistent) Filiaalmanager en zorgt dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen, ook als zij er niet zijn. Je adviseert klanten over onze producten en zorgt voor een prettige winkelervaring. Tegelijkertijd houd je overzicht op de winkel: je zorgt dat deze er netjes uitziet en dat de voorraad op orde is. Daarnaast begeleid je collega's op de werkvloer en help je nieuwe medewerkers tijdens hun inwerkperiode. Je signaleert wat er beter kan in de winkel en bespreekt dit met het management. Je hebt geen eindverantwoordelijkheid, maar vervult wel een belangrijke voorbeeldrol binnen het team. Wat neem je mee We zoeken een collega die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie krijgt van samenwerken én klantcontact. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de retail en vindt het leuk om een coördinerende rol te pakken binnen het team. Je houdt overzicht, durft beslissingen te nemen en communiceert duidelijk. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: Mbo werk- en denkniveau Een beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op minimaal C1 niveau Ervaring met werken in een commerciële omgeving Flexibele inzetbaarheid (weekenden en koopavonden) Ervaring in een aansturende of coördinerende rol Ervaring met supplementen of drogisterij is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
