Voor Circle K in Eindhout zoeken we een gemotiveerde Eerste Verkoper / Assistant Manager die mee wil zorgen voor de dagelijkse goede werking van het station. Jouw taken: Als Eerste Verkoper / Assistant Manager ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte werking en steekt zelf ook graag de handen uit de mouwen. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Klanten vriendelijk en vlot verder helpen
  • Kassawerk en klantenservice
  • De winkel aanvullen en ervoor zorgen dat alles netjes en verzorgd is
  • Toezien op een goede werking van de winkel

Collega's mee ondersteunen en bijsturen waar nodig

Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen tijdens de afwezigheid van de verantwoordelijke

  • Meedenken over een efficiënte werking en een goede klantenservice
  • Diverse operationele taken binnen het station om je rol met vertrouwen op te nemen.

Wie zoeken we?

Voor deze functie zoeken we geen afwachtend type, maar iemand die initiatief neemt en graag verantwoordelijkheid draagt.

  • Je bent gemotiveerd en hebt echt zin om te werken
  • Steekt spontaan de handen uit de mouwen;
  • Bent flexibel en kunt je aanpassen aan de noden van de winkel
  • Durft verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en zelfstandig werken
  • Bent vlot in de omgang en klantgericht
  • Kunt goed samenwerken met collega's
  • Hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid
  • Bent betrouwbaar en komt gemaakte afspraken na.

Ervaring in retail, horeca of een gelijkaardige omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je attitude, motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidszin zijn voor ons doorslaggevend.
