Eerste verkoper/assistant manager | Circle K Poperinge

Voor Circle K in Poperinge zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Assistant Manager die graag meewerkt op de vloer, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen. Als Assistant Manager ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Je werkt actief mee in de shop en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat klanten op een vriendelijke en efficiënte manier geholpen worden. Je houdt mee toezicht op de dagelijkse werking en springt bij waar nodig. Je staat onder andere mee in voor het uitladen van leveringen en het aanvullen van de rekken. Daarnaast bereid je belegde broodjes en bak je koffiekoeken af. Je helpt klanten aan de kassa, zorgt ervoor dat de shop en de faciliteiten netjes blijven en waakt mee over de voedselveiligheid. Naast je operationele taken neem je ook administratieve verantwoordelijkheden op. Je ondersteunt de Manager bij de dagelijkse opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en procedures correct worden opgevolgd. Wanneer de Manager afwezig is, neem je mee de verantwoordelijkheid over de werking van het station en zorg je ervoor dat het team verder kan. Het is een afwisselende functie waarin je zowel operationeel als administratief aan de slag gaat en waarin je de kans krijgt om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen Circle K. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die al ervaring heeft binnen een winkelomgeving en graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt. Je bent een echte doener die niet alleen graag meewerkt op de vloer, maar ook administratieve taken nauwkeurig uitvoert en collega's kan ondersteunen. Je bent flexibel ingesteld en vindt het geen probleem om op verschillende momenten te werken. Je bent bereid om zowel vroege als late shiften op te nemen en kan ook in het weekend en op feestdagen worden ingepland. Je kan goed multitasken en behoudt ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht. Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer dat nodig is. Je spreekt goed Nederlands en kan klanten ook in het Engels of Frans verder helpen. Een specifiek diploma is minder belangrijk dan je motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en bereidheid om bij te leren.

Heb je nog niet eerder als Assistant Manager gewerkt? Geen probleem. Je krijgt de nodige opleiding en begeleiding om je stap voor stap verder te ontwikkelen in deze functie.
