Je bent een ervaren verkoopadviseur die niet alleen zelf sterke resultaten behaalt, maar ook collega's helpt om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Samen met de Store Manager en Assistent Manager zorg je voor een inspirerende woonwinkel, een sterke teamspirit en een optimale klantbeleving. Je loopt voorop in verkoopgesprekken, deelt jouw kennis en ervaring met collega's en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt op de vloer. Verkoop & klantbeleving - Ontvangen en adviseren van klanten in onze woonwinkel; - Begeleiden van klanten bij het samenstellen van maatwerkmeubelen; - Ondersteunen van collega's bij verkooptrajecten en complexe klantvragen; - Bewaken van een optimale klantbeleving en representatieve woonwinkel; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en verbeterpunten binnen het team; - Actief bijdragen aan het behalen van de vestigingsdoelstellingen. Team & dagelijkse aansturing - Bij afwezigheid van de Store Manager of Assistent Manager de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid binnen de vestiging oppakken; - Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor collega's bij vragen en situaties op de werkvloer; - Zorgen dat de afgesproken werkwijze, planning en procedures worden nageleefd; - Collega's ondersteunen en waar nodig coachen op klantbenadering, verkoopvaardigheden en service; - Zorgen voor een goede verdeling van aandacht voor klanten binnen het team; - Bijdragen aan een positieve, gastvrije en commerciële sfeer binnen de woonwinkel; - Signaleren waar ondersteuning nodig is en hier proactief op inspelen; - Het goede voorbeeld geven in klantgerichtheid, samenwerking en commercieel handelen.
