Pieter van Foreest start als eerste VVT organisatie met pilot chronorooster Pieter van Foreest start als eerste VVT-organisatie met pilot chronorooster Woensdag 6 mei was de kick-off van de pilot chronoroosters. Daarmee zijn we de eerste VVT-organisatie die deze manier van roosteren in de praktijk gaat verkennen. Chronorooster Het chronorooster is een manier van roosteren die aansluit op de biologische klok van collega's. In de nachtdienst wisselen collega's rond 04.00 uur, waardoor zowel de collega die stopt als degene die start nog (een deel van) het 'nachtvenster' kan benutten voor diepe slaap en de biologische klok minder uit balans raakt. Het is een vrijwillige alternatieve dienstvorm die niet voor iedereen hoeft te werken, maar voor een specifieke groep juist kan zorgen voor fittere, gezondere en alertere nachtarbeid en beter herstel. Binnen Pieter van Foreest gaan we op twee locaties starten met de pilot chronoroosters. Voorafgaand aan de start krijgen deelnemende collega's een inhoudelijke les over de nachtdiensten. Hierin wordt aandacht besteed aan wat werken in de nacht met je lichaam doet, hoe je beter kunt omgaan met onregelmatige werktijden en op welke collega's de chronoroosters juist helpen om energiek te blijven. Met deze pilot willen we ontdekken wat chronoroosters kunnen betekenen voor onze collega's, teams en bewoners. We vinden het belangrijk om ruimte te maken voor innovatie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en meer bewustwording rondom werken op onregelmatige tijden. Trots We zijn trots dat Pieter van Foreest hierin vooroploopt binnen de VVT-sector. Samen met de deelnemende locaties en collega's gaan we ervaring opdoen, leren wat werkt en kijken welke meerwaarde deze aanpak in de praktijk kan bieden.
