The posting

CGG VAGGA heeft met enkele organisaties op de eerste lijn een samenwerking om een eerstelijns psychologische functie (ELP) te voorzien. De eerstelijns psychologische functie focust op volgende

opdrachten: detectie van psychische problemen, vroege interventie, kortdurende psychotherapie of

psychologische begeleiding en deskundigheidsbevordering van de eerste lijn inzake psychische

problematiek. 1Plek is het team in VAGGA dat de eerstelijns psychologische functie voorziet voor

cliënten doorverwezen door de stad Antwerpen. De nadruk ligt op kortdurende trajecten. Als

hulpverlener en cliënt na het kortdurende traject vaststellen dat andere of langdurige behandeling is

aangewezen, zorg je voor een warme doorverwijzing. Er is ook ruimte om enkele cliënten langer op te

volgen indien nodig. Het team kan uitbreiden met 19u/week dankzij een uitbreiding van FOD

Volksgezondheid van de RIZIV-conventie psychologische zorg in het kader “Terug naar werk”.

Het ander deel van de vacature (eveneens 19u/week) betreft een uitbreiding van onze samenwerking

met de Wijkgezondheidscentra (WGC) De Regent en De Mozaïek. De artsen en verpleegkundigen van

Wijkgezondheidscentrum zorgen voor de toeleiding van hun patiënten. Je ziet hen in het WGC.

Zowel bij de Wijkgezondheidscentra als in 1Plek zijn de doelgroep, de hulpvragen en de trajecten erg

divers. Je werkt rond trauma, psychosomatische klachten, verslaving, stemmingsstoornissen, angst,

psychose, depressie …

We zijn dus op zoek naar een voltijds klinisch psycholoog of klinisch orthopedagoog voor de functie

“eerstelijnspsycholoog”. Voor 19u per week in de werking 1Plek (op VAGGA) in een contract bepaalde

duur tot 31 december 2027 met kans op verlenging en voor 19u per week in de Wijkgezondheidscentra

De Regent en De Mozaïek (contract onbepaalde duur).

Wat is de kernopdracht?

  • Screening, diagnostiek, indicatiestelling en (kortdurende) individuele behandeling van cliënten (18+) met ernstige geestelijke gezondheidsproblemen.
  • Consult aan en deskundigheidsbevordering van je collega’s op de eerste lijn (oa deelname aan multidisciplinaire patiëntenbespreking in WGC (1 maal per maand), sporadische intervisie begeleiden, consult ivm casussen op de eerste lijn).
  • Contacten uitbouwen en onderhouden met andere hulpverleners en verwijzers in functie van samenwerking en doorverwijzing.

Wat zijn bijkomende taken?

• Schriftelijke en mondelinge verslaggeving.

• Registratie van cliëntgegevens en activiteiten (EPD, facturatietool RIZIV-conventie, Care Connect).

• Participatie aan de teamwerking (cliëntoverleg, inhoudelijke thema’s uitwerken, …).
