Wij zijn het Customer care center van KBC. We staan in voor een brede waaier aan klantencontacten van niet-commerciële aard voor KBC: we bieden gebruikersondersteuning, administratieve en technische ondersteuning aan klanten, kantoormedewerkers, verzekeringsagenten en medewerkers van KBC Live.

In al deze communicatie staat steeds de kwaliteit van de interacties centraal. Bij interne zowel als externe contacten is het ons doel om een positief gevoel achter te laten en zo bij te dragen aan het sterke imago van de producten en diensten van KBC. Deze klantbeleving is wat we onze plusfactor noemen!

Jobomschrijving

Als Eerstelijnsmedewerker Gebruikersondersteuning (GBO) Nalatenschappen bij KBC ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor binnenkomende telefoons van dossierbeheerders. Je biedt een essentiële schakel in het beheer van nalatenschapsdossiers en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met alle betrokken partijen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoons en biedt eerstelijnsondersteuning aan nabestaanden, kantoormedewerkers en notarissen
  • Je verstrekt informatie over de status van dossiers, betalingen en andere relevante vragen.
  • Je verwerkt en voegt de verkregen informatie uit telefoongesprekken toe aan de openstaande dossiers.
  • Bij complexe problemen en klachten schakel je door naar de dossierbeheerders van KBC.
  • Je voert administratieve taken uit, zoals het koppelen van vragen, documenten en facturen aan de juiste dossiers.
  • Communicatief en klantgericht: Je houdt van telefonische contacten, toont empathie en weet informatie helder over te brengen. Klachten behandel je diplomatisch en professioneel.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen: Je legt moeiteloos verbanden tussen informatie uit dossiers, applicaties en hulpbronnen. Je formuleert gerichte antwoorden en volgt nauwgezet de procedures.
  • Leergierig: Je hebt een passie voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en bent bereid om continu bij te leren.
  • Collegiaal: Je bent behulpzaam en werkt graag samen met je team.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Duits, kennis Frans is een plus.
  • Digitale vaardigheid: Je hebt een goede kennis van computerprogramma’s en internetgebruik. Nieuwe toepassingen leer je snel en efficiënt.
