De Federale Overheidsdienst Beleid en Ondersteuning (FOD BOSA) speelt binnen de federale administratie een sleutelrol in het uitbouwen van een moderne overheid ten dienste van burgers en ondernemingen.

Opgericht op 1 maart 2017 ondersteunt FOD BOSA de federale regering en overheidsorganisaties in diverse domeinen, waaronder IT, HR, organisatiebeheer, integriteitsbeleid, begroting, boekhouding en overheidsopdrachten.

FOD BOSA draagt actief bij aan een moderne, efficiënte en digitale administratie die burgers en bedrijven optimaal ondersteunt.

De Directie-generaal Vereenvoudiging en Digitalisering (DG Vd) heeft als opdracht de dienstverlening aan burgers en ondernemingen te digitaliseren en te vereenvoudigen, en digitale diensten te ontwikkelen voor de overheid.

Binnen DG Vd is het domein Infrastructure, Operations & Service Support (iOS) verantwoordelijk voor de infrastructuur, operationele ondersteuning en dienstverlening van diverse federale digitale platformen en toepassingen, waaronder eBox, FAS (Federal Authentication Service), Mygov.be, de Federal Service Bus (FSB) en andere kritieke digitale diensten.

Als medewerker maak je deel uit van het Security Team binnen iOS. Je werkt mee aan het beveiligen van essentiële digitale diensten die dagelijks door burgers, ondernemingen en overheidsinstellingen worden gebruikt. Je komt terecht in een uitdagende omgeving waar cybersecurity, innovatie, betrouwbaarheid en maatschappelijke impact centraal staan.

Taakomschrijving

Als IT Architect, zult u een waaier van taken hebben waaronder

  • Een veilige architectuur ontwerpen en voorstellen om de strategie van de organisatie te implementeren.
  • De cyberbeveiligingsarchitectuur van de organisatie ontwikkelen om te voldoen aan de beveiligings- en privacyvereisten.
  • Architectuurdocumentatie en specificaties opstellen.
  • Het ontwerp van de beveiligingsarchitectuur op hoog niveau presenteren aan belanghebbenden.
  • Een veilige omgeving tot stand brengen tijdens de ontwikkelingscyclus van systemen, diensten en producten.
  • De ontwikkeling, integratie en het onderhoud van cyberbeveiligingscomponenten coördineren en ervoor zorgen dat aan de cyberbeveiligingsspecificaties wordt voldaan.
  • De cyberbeveiliging van de architectuur van de organisatie analyseren en evalueren.
  • De beveiliging van oplossingsarchitecturen waarborgen door middel van beveiligingsbeoordelingen en certificering.
  • Samenwerken met andere teams, domeinen en collega's.
  • De impact van cyberbeveiligingsoplossingen op het ontwerp en de prestaties van de architectuur van de organisatie evalueren.
  • De architectuur van de organisatie aanpassen aan opkomende bedreigingen.
  • De geïmplementeerde architectuur beoordelen om een passend beveiligingsniveau te handhaven.
  • Fungeren als derdelijnsondersteuning door technische ondersteuning en begeleiding te bieden aan het SecOps-team.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of een Master in IT of gelijkaardig door ervaring
  • Je vertoont tenminste 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige positie
  • Je vertoont een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is onmisbare voor deze functie

Technische vaardigheden:
