Onze missie bij Vreemdelingenzaken is om toegankelijke, efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke applicaties te ontwikkelen die optimaal aansluiten bij de behoeften van onze diverse gebruikers.

De dienst werkt momenteel aan de vernieuwing en verdere digitalisering van zijn interne werkomgeving. In het kader van deze digitale transformatie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Test Coordinator die mee vorm wil geven aan deze evolutie.

Taakomschrijving

Als Testcoördinator Migratie Pact ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, structureren en opvolgen van alle testactiviteiten binnen het migratieproject. Je zorgt ervoor dat de verschillende teams volgens een duidelijke en consistente testaanpak werken en dat risico's, defects en kwaliteitsproblemen tijdig worden geïdentificeerd en opgevolgd.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het uitwerken en onderhouden van een testplanning, afgestemd op de milestones en planning van het project.
  • Het coördineren en overzien van de testactiviteiten binnen meerdere teams die bijdragen aan het migratieproject.
  • Het identificeren en inschatten van projectrisico's op het vlak van kwaliteit en testing, en het voorstellen en implementeren van de nodige mitigerende maatregelen.
  • Het verzekeren van de correcte uitvoering van de teststrategie, testmethodologieën en best practices binnen de verschillende projectteams.
  • Het plannen, voorbereiden, coördineren en opvolgen van User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in nauwe samenwerking met de eindgebruikers en andere relevante stakeholders.
  • Het rapporteren over de voortgang van de testactiviteiten, kwaliteitsrisico's en eventuele blokkerende punten aan het management en de betrokken stakeholders.
  • Het opvolgen en coördineren van defects, incidenten en change requests binnen de verschillende teambacklogs.
  • Het bijdragen aan een transparante opvolging van de kwaliteit en het tijdig escaleren van risico's of problemen die de projectplanning of oplevering kunnen beïnvloeden.
  • Het uitwerken en implementeren van een robuuste testautomatiseringsstrategie, afgestemd op de noden en technische context van het project.
  • Het stimuleren van een kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak en een continue verbetering van de testprocessen binnen de verschillende teams.
  • Je bent titularis van een Bachelor of Master in een IT vak of gelijkaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een certificatie: ISTQB (minstens Foundation Level) of TMap.
  • Je vertoont ten minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt een goede ervaring met het opzetten van User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.

Nice-to-have:

  • Ervaring met Azure DevOps
  • Ervaring met het testen van Angular- en/of .NET-toepassingen
  • Ervaring met testautomatisering, bij voorkeur met Cypress en Bruno
