Een mooie kans voor een gedreven professional. In deze rol ben jij de drijvende kracht achter veilig werken binnen de productielocatie van Xella in Vuren. Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid niet alleen is vastgelegd in procedures, maar zichtbaar wordt in het dagelijks gedrag op de werkvloer. Daarbij beweeg je gemakkelijk tussen operators, teamleads, managers en directie. De basis op het gebied van veiligheid staat, maar de volgende stap zit in implementatie, gedrag, eigenaarschap en aanspreekcultuur. Medewerkers voelen zich betrokken en durven zaken te benoemen, maar zoeken nog regelmatig naar oplossingen buiten zichzelf. Jij helpt de organisatie om elkaar vaker aan te spreken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk vast te houden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Geven van toolboxen en veiligheidsinstructies. • Uitvoeren van safety walks en veiligheidsrondes. • Coördineren van incidentonderzoeken, RI&E's en verbeteracties. • Bewaken van wet- en regelgeving, vergunningen en certificeringen. • Analyseren van EHS-data en rapporteren aan management. • Ondersteunen bij audits en het verder professionaliseren van het veiligheidsmanagementsysteem. • Versterken van veiligheidsleiderschap en veiligheidscultuur binnen alle organisatielagen. Jij weet mensen in beweging te krijgen. Functie eisen Je bent coachend en verbindend, kan weerstand ombuigen naar positieve energie en je houdt ervan resultaten te behalen. Jij krijgt mensen in beweging. Verder heb je: - Opleiding integrale veiligheidskunde of Middelbare Veiligheidskunde afgerond; - Werkervaring in een rol gericht op veiligheid.
