EHS Coördinator in Amsterdam - 32 - 40 uur per week Wil jij een belangrijke rol spelen in het waarborgen van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving binnen een internationale Retail organisatie? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als EHS Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren, toetsen en borgen van het EHS-beleid voor Retail Benelux en het distributiecentrum. Je bent de sparringpartner voor winkels en het distributiecentrum op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu. Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie voldoet aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving en vertaalt ontwikkelingen binnen het EHS-vakgebied naar de praktijk. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving voor alle medewerkers. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht EHS-team dat bestaat uit een EHS Manager, drie EHS Officers en twee EHS Coördinatoren. Samen werken jullie aan het verder ontwikkelen van de veiligheidscultuur en ondersteunen jullie de organisatie bij uiteenlopende EHS-vraagstukken. Wat ga je doen Geen enkele week is hetzelfde, maar gemiddeld ziet jouw werkweek er als volgt uit: - 2 à 3 dagen ben je aanwezig in het distributiecentrum, waar je samenwerkt met leidinggevenden en medewerkers, werkplekinspecties uitvoert, adviseert over EHS-vraagstukken en de opvolging van verbeteracties bewaakt. - 1 à 2 dagen bezoek je winkels in Nederland (afhankelijk van je regio). Je ondersteunt Store managers, signaleert risico's, voert locatiebezoeken uit en helpt bij het verder versterken van de veiligheidscultuur. - 1 dag werk je vanuit huis of op kantoor. Je bereidt audits en trainingen voor, werkt procedures en rapportages bij, analyseert incidenten en stemt af met collega's en stakeholders. Je bent regelmatig onderweg en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen operationele vraagstukken op de werkvloer en beleidsmatige werkzaamheden. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze rol uitdagend.
