Voor onze locatie in Medemblik zoeken wij een EHS Coördinator . In deze functie ben je dagelijks bezig met veiligheid, arbeidsomstandigheden en milieuaspecten. Je hebt een zichtbare rol op de werkvloer en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's, management en externe partijen. Als EHS Coördinator ondersteun je het EHS-team en de werkgever in het waarborgen van veiligheid, goede arbeidsomstandigheden en het milieubeleid. Je hebt een voornamelijk operationele en ondersteunende rol binnen het EHS-beleid, waarbij je veel aanwezig bent op de werkvloer en nauw samenwerkt met medewerkers en management. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Toezien op naleving van procedures, veiligheids- en ARBO-regels en milieueisen; - Signaleren, rapporteren en oplossen van afwijkingen en risico's; - Implementeren en verbeteren van DBS-tools zoals SQDIP, 5S en 4E-events; - Onderhouden van documenten en registraties (beleid, werk- en instructiedocumenten, rapportages, posters); - Verzorgen van trainingen en instructies voor medewerkers, bezoekers en contractors; - Coördineren binnen de BHV-organisatie; - Monitoren van de uitvoering van maatregelen uit RI&E en beleid. Je rapporteert aan de EHS Manager , die direct onder de Site Lead valt. De functie is volledig on-site in Medemblik .
