Wir sind die Fassbinderei Schön und fertigen hochwertige Holz- und patentierte Hybridfässer für Kunden im In- und Ausland. Bei uns trifft traditionelles Handwerk auf innovative Ideen - und genau dafür suchen wir Verstärkung.

Wir suchen jemanden, der gerne anpackt, mitdenkt und langfristig Teil unseres Teams werden möchte. Jemanden, auf den man sich verlassen kann und der Freude daran hat, hochwertige Produkte zu schaffen.

Aufgaben

* Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Holz- und Hybridfässern

* Montage- und Fertigungsarbeiten

* Bedienung von Maschinen und Werkzeugen

* Qualitätskontrolle und Sicherstellung

* Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Arbeitsabläufe

Qualifikation

* Abgeschlossene Lehre (LAP) in einem handwerklichen Beruf

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist und Hausverstand

* Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

Erfahrung im Holzbereich ist von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung.

Gehalt

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß Kollektivvertrag.

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt beträgt mindestens den unten angegebenen Betrag auf Vollzeitbasis (40h/Woche)

Je nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Einsatzbereitschaft ist eine entsprechende Überzahlung selbstverständlich möglich.
