Im Einkauf tragen wir wesentlich dazu bei, ein verlässlicher Geschäftspartner für unsere Kunden zu sein, indem wir die von Ihnen benötigte Ware rechtzeitig beschaffen. Unser 4-köpfiges Team im Bereich Hydraulik hat aktuell alle Hände voll zu tun und freut sich auf deine Unterstützung.

Was dich erwartet

vielseitiger Bürojob, für ExpertInnen oder auch QuereinsteigerInnen geeignet

* Unser Verkauf wendet sich mit Kundenanfragen an dich. Du schaust, wo du die gewünschten Produkte kaufen kannst und holst Angebote dafür ein.

* Dein Ziel ist es die Ware zu den bestmöglichen Konditionen (z.B. Preis, Liefertermin) einzukaufen. Hierzu scheust du dich nicht davor auch mal zu verhandeln.

* Du bleibst mit unseren Lieferant_innen in Kontakt und sorgst dafür, dass die bestellte Ware stets pünktlich im Lager ist. Notfalls auch mit Nachdruck.

* Aktuelle Artikelstammdaten, Preise und Termine im System sind sehr wichtig. Du stellst das sicher.

* Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation deutlich über Kollektivvertrag.

Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

* Durch deine Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrung hast du dir ein kaufmännisches Grundverständnis angeeignet. Damit fühlst du dich bestens für eine administrative Tätigkeit im Einkauf gewappnet.

* Wir erleben dich voller Elan in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und unseren Lieferant_innen.

* Du kommunizierst gerne mit den unterschiedlichsten Personen per Mail und telefonisch. Das gelingt dir sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch sehr gut.

* Mit gängigen Computerprogrammen bist du bestens vertraut und du bist zuversichtlich mit etwas Übung bald in unserem ERP-System (Infor) sattelfest zu sein.
