Für den Einkauf in unserer Firmenzentrale in LINZ suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine/n engagierte/n 1 Einkäuferin (m/w/d) auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5h/Woche), Mo- Fr 08:00- 17:00, ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Bestellabwicklung für unsere Filialen

* Kommunikation mit unseren Verkaufsmitarbeiter:innen und Lieferant:innen

* Bearbeitung von Lieferscheinen

* Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen

* Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten im Einkauf

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAS, HAK oder Lehre Bürokauffrau/-mann)

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder in der Administration

* Freude an organisatorischen Aufgaben und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit sowie Teamgeist

* Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, Neues zu entdecken

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und allgemeinen EDV-Anwendungen

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Freundliches Auftreten und wertschätzender Umgang mit Kolleg:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen

Entlohnung: Das für diese Position vorgesehen Gehalt beläuft sich lt. Kollektivvertrag für Handelsangestellte, C/2, auf EUR 2.334,00 brutto/ Monat auf Vollzeitbasis

Abhängig von deinen persönlichen Qualifikationen und deiner Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung bzw. Einstufung in ein höheres Berufsgruppenjahr selbstverständlich möglich
