Bei ZwickRoell in Fürstenfeld werden Hochtemperatur-Prüfmaschinen, Zeitstandprüfmaschinen und optische Extensometer entwickelt und produziert. Für unser Produktionsteam suchen wir zur sofortigen Unterstützung am Standort in Fürstenfeld einen 1 Einkauf und Logistik (m/w/d) Vollzeit 38,5h

Ihre Aufgaben:

Produktionsplanung

* Wirtschaftliche Disposition von Kundenaufträgen inkl. Terminkontrolle

* Überleitung von Kundenaufträgen in Produktions- und Montageaufträge

* Laufende Lagerbestandsteuerung, Forecast-Bearbeitung und Verfügbarkeitsüberwachung für Material und Kapazität

* Organisation und Überwachung von Wareneingängen und Warenausgängen

* Koordination von Transporten und Lieferterminen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Produktion

* Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung logistischer Abläufe

Technischer Einkauf

* Einkauf von Zeichnungs-, Norm- und Standardteilen und Rohmaterialen

* Lieferanten-Auswahl, -Qualifizierung und -Bewertung

* Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten

* Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten

* Terminverfolgung und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit

* Pflege von Lieferanten- und Artikeldaten im ERP-System

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten

* Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Einkaufsprozessen

Phase 1: Selbstständige Erledigung der erteilten Aufgaben gemäß Qualitätsmanagement- System

Phase 2: Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Ausführung der Aufgaben auf Basis der vorliegenden Kunden- und Entwicklungsaufträge

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar)

* Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Logistik oder in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen

* Verhandlungsgeschick inkl. kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis

* Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Phase 2: nach Einarbeitungszeit bzw. bei bereits vorhandener Qualifikation Mindestgehalt € 3.415,01 in Verwendungsgruppe IV im 1. Verwendungsgruppenjahr

Zusätzlich besteht eine klare Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung bzw. direkter Einstufung in die Verwendungsgruppe IV bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
